This Megaworld township in Ilocos will have the ‘first beachside village’ in Laoag

Further expanding its footprint across the Philippines, property giant Megaworld continues its promise to deliver a world-class live-work-play destination in Northern Luzon by jumpstarting land development for its 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown township in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. This strategic push begins with the construction of road networks and other key infrastructure inside the township.

Together with this, Megaworld also announced Ilocandia Beach Village, its first residential development inside Ilocandia Coastown and Laoag City’s first and only exclusive, gated residential community with direct access to the beach.

A two-story Clubhouse, the design of which is inspired by the fusion of modern tropical architecture and Spanish-Filipino aesthetics, will host a variety of amenities, including a fitness gym, movement studio, and entertainment room, among others.
The Entertainment Room at the Clubhouse will feature distinct zones for relaxed lounging and active gaming.

Occupying a prime 19.4-hectare stretch of the city’s western coastline, the Village stands as a historic first for Laoag—the city’s only exclusive, gated residential community where the ocean is the ultimate amenity. The development offers 446 meticulously planned lots and is set to blend together Ilocano heritage with coastal elegance inspired by Santa Monica in California, a vibrant and world-renowned seaside destination.

The Village Clubhouse will feature a pillarless function hall that can be configured for more intimate gatherings.
Kids will be able to enjoy a sand play area within the Central Park where they can socialize in active play.

Situated along the township’s 1.4-kilometer beachline, the Village is a key component of the Ilocandia Coastown, the region’s first LIVE-WORK-PLAY integrated township development. Beyond the residential enclave, Ilocandia Coastown will feature an iconic town center, lifestyle mall, shophouse district, and world-class hotels—all designed to highlight the township’s identity the premier beachside destination in the Ilocos Region.
